Install IntelliJ IDEA

1. Download the free community edition from IntelliJ IDEA download page
2. Run the installer.

3. If the installer prompts that it's going to make the change to the device, you can click No to install only to your own user account:

   
   If you are the administrator on the machine, you can click Yes to make the program available to all user accounts on the computer.
